David McCaslin won the 2002 US Masters with 438 over 14 rounds, twelve strokes ahead of his brother Danny McCaslin. Steve Norman was third at 452, Matt McCaslin fourth at 453 and Bobby Ward fifth at 457, so three McCaslin brothers finished in the top four.
David McCaslin opened with a 27, the low round of the week together with George McLeod's 27 in round eight. David McCaslin led after every one of the 14 rounds, by as little as one after round four and by twelve at the finish.
The purse was $7,000, and David McCaslin took the $4,000 first prize. Karl Lakos of Austria tied for sixth with Lane Helms at 467.

Note: Results on this page come from the 2002 result sheet published by the U.S. ProMiniGolf Association (prominigolf.com). Spelling variants of names are merged, so a name can differ slightly from the sheet. Course data: Sutters Mill is the course later called Hawaiian Village (same address, 43rd Avenue South). The result sheet does not say where each round was played. The 2002 schedule on prominigolf.com is the same plan as 2001, in blocks of two rounds on Hawaiian Rumble, Sutters Mill and Hawaiian Caverns, and the scores do not fit it. (The site first showed that same plan as the 2003 schedule too, before it was changed to the format actually played.) The courses here are worked out from the scores, as for 2001: rounds 4–6 averaged 39–40, rounds 7–9 have the tight spread of Hawaiian Caverns, and the rest fit Hawaiian Rumble. Treat the split as a best estimate.
